Products and costs
The prices and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by filling in the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at this specific time. Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions will be contractual, and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties.
The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices indicated do not include shipping costs.
Transaction language
The user can choose the language in which the purchase-sale contract with Flebi will be formalized between Spanish, English, French or Italian, choosing it in the part of the website enabled to make said selection.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are offered: bank transfer, credit / debit card, PayPal.
In the case of selecting bank transfer, you will be provided by email the details of the account to which you must make the transfer.
Guarantee
All material sold in our online store benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity, the legal guarantee of hidden defects and the Flebi guarantee. Directive 1999/44 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 25, 1999, applies to certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods.
From 1 September 2018, bicycles manufactured and supplied by Flebi have a 24-month warranty for all components (before this date, 12 months for electrical components and 24 months for the frame). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear parts. To exercise the guarantee, the buyer must contact Flebi through the contact form on its website, indicating the order number, invoice number and clearly describing the problem. Flebi will contact the buyer as soon as possible to offer him the solution that best suits his case. The warranty is linked to the first owner of the bike and is invalid if the bike is given away/sold, etc. to another person.
If a repair is required, the cost of shipping the item to the Flebi warehouses is borne by the customer. However, if the legal guarantee of conformity is applicable to the returned item (s), all expenses derived from this return will be reimbursed to the customer.
The legal guarantees will not be applied or will be partially applied in the repair of any damages that derive from an external cause to the device (for example, accident, blow, lightning, current problems …), or from an erroneous maneuver on the part of the customer (for example a use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, a use that is detrimental to the proper functioning of the device, a use of a commercial or collective nature, or a use of incompatible peripherals, accessories or consumables). Similarly, it is not covered:
• the replacement of consumables (batteries, lights, fuses, covers, bearings, brake shoes…).
• abnormal or non-compliant use of the products. To do this, we advise you to read the instruction manual included in each of our products.
• failure of accessories (power cables…).
• Repairs of possible defects by technical services not recognized by Flebi.
• damage caused by any cause external to the device (for example, accident, shock, lightning, power problems).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Flebi Soluciones SL, Polígono San Nicolás calle 8 nave 99, 41500 Alcalá de Guadaira – Seville, telephone 606 225 432, email info@flebi.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email), including your name, full address, telephone number and email address.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
– The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the employer cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
– The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
– The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
– The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
– The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inextricably mixed with other goods.
– The supply of goods that have been used and/or tested.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed. of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to the Flebi warehouses located at Polígono San Nicolás calle 8 nave 9, 41500 in Alcalá de Guadaira (Seville), without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within the period of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
Out of warranty services
In the event that a repair or replacement service not covered by the warranty is required, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to the Flebi technical service located in Madrid.
Flebi will issue a budget for the service, and if it is not accepted, the bicycle will be returned in the state it was necessary to reach to diagnose the fault and thus be able to prepare said budget. The client also has the option of paying the expenses required to receive the assembled bicycle.
Battery change
The non-removable batteries of the Flebi models (Evo, Jet) must be replaced by the Flebi Technical Service, or by one of our official distributors. If you have purchased your bike through our website, when the battery reaches the end of its useful life, you simply have to buy a new one in the Flebi online store and send your bike to our Technical Service. We will replace the battery at no cost to you and send it back to you. If you want us to take care of the collection at your home, you will simply have to pay an additional cost for transport.
